If the teachings are helping me shed my layers then it is to be accepted and if the teachings are only adding to the layers then it is to be rejected. Simple.

I really think that only one person can have a real "butterfly effect" on the whole planet. You change and the world will change.

Was it necessary to discuss these uncomfortable yet important questions about life and death with our partner? Like a cut made to extract out the pus and finally heal the wound because 'comfortable' band-aid was not doing the job.

I was wondering if when a new life comes into being, it is celebrated universally, then why isn’t death celebrated or honored? After all, death is the twin brother of life.
