Happy Republic Day Everyone
Everyone must be filled with great pride and patriotism for our country India on 73rd Republic Day.
The nation and the whole world witnessed India's military might on Rajpath today. Feels so good, no?
On a personal note, I got the report today which said I am Covid positive. So, what was the first thing I did after that? I recorded the cover of the song called Guns from Coldplay.
I first noticed the symptoms on Saturday and I have been isolating myself since then. It was body-breaking and at its worst on the first day and gradually the body recovered. But yesterday, the virus attacked my throat with full might. So full that I woke up in the middle of the night wincing with pain.
Now the question arises in your mind: What has Republic Day got to do with my Covid story?

I read the news that 75 aircraft showcased India's defense prowess. And so many tanks, and missiles, and so on and so forth. And these are capable of deploying nuclear warheads.
You can wipe out a whole country thousands of kilometers away, from the face of the earth. WoW! That's impressive, isn't it?
Then I thought and asked myself "Why can't they kill this Wuhan virus with one such tank or a missile?"
I am not asking them to kill a living entity with their missiles or guns but only a non-living entity. Surely, they can do that, no? If no, then why not?
Why have we only developed defense capabilities against an adverse nation full of living beings and not against adverse entities like bacteria and viruses?
