There must be something holy and sacred about sleep. It is not without a reason that so many people love sleep the most.
Loving sleep does not mean laziness.

In fact, deep sleep can be compared to meditation. It's the reason why we crave more and more sleep.
Though one lifetime is not enough to study all about sleep, but how we fall into and wake up from sleep might hold the answer to our awakening.
I am pretty sure that real awakening will be a lot like waking up from the night's sleep.
I try my best to be awake during sleep or at least be aware of the exact moment when I drift off. And then try to lucid dream.
I had written a lot on sleep and dreams during my college time. Here is some of it-:
I want to see my sleep. But whenever it comes, eyes and I sleep.
It's like dream come true when I woke up from it (or when I woke into it).
